Characterised by tangled nerve fibres surrounding the hippothalmus -the brain's memory centre.

Nerve impulses cease to carry information to and from the brain. The process of retrieving information becomes compromised It is interesting that the stored information does not get destroyed - it simply becomes prevented from being transferred. This is not necessarily an age related condition.
Many of us worry that our forgetfulness is a sign of this disease - we forget where we have put our keys/glasses/office papers etc. Be assured this is not an indication of Alzheimer's. (More an indication of not being 'centred in the moment' - a completely different set of easily correctable circumstances.)
Research reveals a strong correlation between Alzheimer's and too much aluminium and silicon concentrated in the brain. Recently studies indicate that additional excesses include bromide, calcium and sulphur and deficiencies include boron, potassium, selenium, B12, Folic Acid, Niacin and Zinc. Clearly it is showing that mineral and vitamin imbalances are contributors, which may well lower immune system function Primary treatment must be preventative.

LIFESTYLE ATTENTION

  • Cease cooking in aluminium pots and using drinking water and antacids containing aluminium and buffered aspirin.
  • Cease storing food in aluminium containers
  • Investigate annual detox programmes that are proven effective in eliminating the harmful excesses mentioned above
  • Do not take calcium supplements that are from inorganic matter - only certified 'organic' sources.
  • Do not allow Bn levels to persistently be too low
  • Avoid over-exposure to silicon.
  • Watch that levels of oxygenated blood supply to the brain do not drop.
  • Avoid roll-on anti-perspirants containing aluminium.
  • Correct any thyroid abnormality under professional guidance.
