These conditions between them cover the condition of the actual
artery walls (Arteriosclerosis) and the condition of the inside when
gradual clogging up and fatty plaque deposits become evident
(Atherosclerosis).
Both conditions contribute to coronary heart
disease and increased blood pressure with possible subsequent
strokes/heart attacks. When the walls' elasticity hardens and/or
inside clogging occurs actions to try and reverse these
deteriorations need to be taken. The sooner the better. Prevention
is best however. In the former case, tissue could be dead or
damaged, making it more difficult for significant reversal(s).
LIFESTYLE ATTENTION

- Do not carry on smoking - makes the blood 'sticky1.

- Use fish and poultry; preferably 'free range' hens
- Increase vegetables, fruit, oat bran and dried beans to some 70%
