 PRICE:

£63.41

Usual price of products when purchased individually:  £70.45

The longer the faeces stay in the colon, the larger they become.
Difficult or irregular bowel movement.
Usually always related to wrong (denatured food) diet and then exacerbated by stress overload in body or mind, or both.
If we tend to eat 3 meals a day each one is scheduled by nature to eliminate every ±18 hours.

LIFESTYLE ATTENTION

  • If males sit down to urinate rather than stand up - be surprised at the number of times you'll pass stools when you never expected to.
  • Never resist any urge to go to the toilet.
  • Avoid dairy products, vinegar and salt.
  • Do not use laxatives - they weaken the very muscles that help to promote peristalsis movement through the bowel. Ultimately the condition of constipation worsens.
  • Introduce and increase to ± 70% vegetables and their fibre into your diet. Fruit and brown rice to 15% Reduce fats, meat, chips, fish to ± 10%.
  • Drink at least 4-6 glasses of filtered water daily.
  • Substitute rice cakes for bread - all bread.
  • In children constipation is often caused by too much cow's milk. Swap to soya or lamb's (ewe's) milk.
  • In most cases constipation is diet-related.

  • Bath Mix - Cardomon (20) Black Pepper (20)
  • Massage Mix - Patchouli (50)
Rub the oil in small slow clockwise cycles on to the area, between the bottom of the ribcage and the top of the pelvis. Simply lie on your back and using the pressure of one hand over the other press, massaging fingers to make an indent of about 2 cms into the abdomen. Move in reverse (anti-clockwise). Repeat several times. This should help loosen the bowels.
  • Internal Mix
Drink warm water with 2 teaspoons of raw honey plus 1 x drop of ginger and 1 x drop of fennel just before massaging.
