LIFESTYLE ATTENTION
- Select a detox programme that you can comfortably work with. This
should be aimed at cleansing the body's reproductive organs and
blood
- Give up alcohol and cigarettes.
- Do not use drugs either prescribed or illegal ones.
- Eat organically grown food, free range eggs and meats where
available
- Give up all junk foods, fried foods, fast foods, beef liver and
concentrate on vegetables, fruits, fibre rich foods, whole foods and
fish.
- Refrain from using aluminium cooking pots and foil.
- Drink only distilled or filtered water.

- Concentrate on mineral rich foods, including seaweed in your
cooking.
- Add nutmeg and fenugreek powder whenever practical to sauces,
dressings etc.
- Drink a blend of carrot and celery juice (freshly extracted) on
rising and add 1 tablespoon of whey powder and dilute with 25%
filtered/distilled water.
- Use flaxseed oil with lemon juice as dressing on salads.
