HYPOGLYCEMIA
Abnormally low blood sugar/glucose level (BGL).
Can occur amongst heavy social drinkers, daily
snackers of sweets, chocolates and cooldrinks.
Also in diabetics who take too much insulin and
skip meals Often a condition found in
Candida and
M.S. sufferers.
Symptoms include feeling weak and shaky, sweating
and frequent need to cry Tiredness/fatigue,
irritableness and being somewhat mentally
confused. It's a fairly widespread disorder in
western societies and headaches are fairly common.
LIFESTYLE ATTENTION

Remove refined carbohydrates, sugars, dried
fruit and concentrated fruit juices from diet. Eat
bananas sparingly.

Control alcohol and cooldrink intake. Move from
sweet to dry wines.

Avoid coffee, cigarettes and move to
non-caffeinated tea.

Initiate tests to measure BGL levels and record
trends in your body.

Repopulate Acidophilus and Bifido bacteria into
Colon from time to time.
