Stress and Mood Alignment

Aromatherapy in modem healing first got a chance to match up with allopathic treatments in British National Health hospitals some six to eight years ago.

Reluctantly it was allowed through the portals of venerated London hospitals as a "look and see" job. Scepticism among the permanent staff, to say the least, accompanied its entry.

Then the mood changed. Results started to penetrate the wards that aromatherapy was contributing to a more effective uptake of the post-operative drugs, that it was effective in lowering (or mitigating) their harmful side effects and the release of patients was accelerating faster than ever before.

Aromatherapy - as an ancient healing art - has had its sceptics and now it appears an increasing number of converts.
It's safe, easy to use and it works.
What better credentials could one ask for?

So it is not surprising that its principles are now being adapted and adopted by new enlightened skin care, hair care and luxury bath oil producers.

These companies are using the natural primary oils for their ingredients and leaving behind the multitude of companies that have lived off "lookalikes" and "smellalikes" ingredients for nearly 50 years or so.

Primary oils through our sense of smell affect our moods and emotions.
If were feeling stressed or anxious it's likely we're also feeling insecure at that moment. Breathing the pure oils of rose or jasmine will relax us, deepen our breathing and bring a sense of peace to the moment.

"Smellalikes" don't have the same powers as the primaries.
This time these skin treatments don't belong to women only. Men get the same benefits, as do all colours, classes and creeds.

Applying these creams and gels, etc, on to our skins is like introducing self-applied aromatherapy into our daily lives - pure vanity is not the motive anymore.
Beauty treatments comprising good healthy, alive skin is the new motive.
This new method for cleansers, moisturisers, hand and body, hair and bath products comprises sensitive and delicate 100% natural oil formulae with names like jasmine, rose, ylang-ylang, clary sage, etc.

Included in each bottle is a powerful delivery from nature to balance subtle emotional energies.
Examples are:

  • ROSE: Breeds confidence and self-esteem.
  • CLARY SAGE: Creativity.
  • JASMINE: Indulgence and even more indulgence!
  • YLANG-YLANG: Soothes that anger about to be flung across the office or boardroom, to say nothing of removing frustrations.
  • LAVENDER / TANGERINE: Euphorically sexual.

Back from the day's work and what better to drain out the strain and get your feet free and into orbit for a swinging late night than black pepper foot oil (or foot bath).
Such oils work via our sub-conscious, their molecules directly reaching our nasal lining. They then reach the "neo cortex" (our seat of consciousness), releasing deep emotional tensions along the way

Remember what you're wearing on your skin is also going to have a profound effect on those near and dear to you, so at times develop combined usages. Not just a "his" or "hers" product line-up in the boudoir!
