PARKINSON'S DISEASE
A degenerative condition affecting part of the
motor function in the brain, located in the basal
ganglia. Sometimes accompanied by bouts of
trembling and twitching in other body parts.
Symptoms include muscle tremor, stiffness and loss
of physical co-ordination in movement and
imbalanced walking. Cause appears to be brain's
inability to manufacture Dopamine.
LIFESTYLE ATTENTION

Increase wholegrains, wholefoods, vegetables,
fruits, free range meats and fish within daily
diet, to increase silicon deliveries to the body
which can reduce potential aluminium up-take by up
to 75% (Lancet Volume 342 1993).
Include plenty of fibre to prevent constipation.
Eat protein only at dinner if taking Levodopa.
Consider and discuss professionally fasting and
natural cleansing programmes Eliminate all foods
containing Aluminium and Mercury.
