Cramps
Cramps in the leg muscles, is usually caused by a mineral imbalance. Calcium and magnesium are very important minerals for expecting women, and a shortage of these may well cause cramping, especially at night.
- Enrich your diet with green vegetables, sesame seeds, olives, bananas, oats and brown rice.
- At the onset of a cramp, flex your toes upwards, and circle your foot 10 times in each direction.
- Get your partner to massage the affected area with a chosen oil.
