Indigestion
 

Heartburn is fairly common in early and late pregnancy, and can often cause you to feel nauseous. This is normally due to the stomach muscles relaxing, thus making it easier for digestive acids to be regurgitated, causing a burning sensation just below your chest.

  • Eat smaller easy-to-digest meals more often and increase your fluid intake.
  • Herbal teas such as Peppermint, Chamomile or Cinnamon may also relieve heartburn.
